Bachelors in Psychology
I attended Bowie State University. It is an HBCU with great history. I obtained my bachelors of science in Psychology. Go bulldogs!
Certified Scrum Master and Product owner
I Completed Two 16 hour courses to become a Certified Scrum Master and Product owner. I learned about the Agile Methodology and how to apply it to everyday life. Thanks to the great coaching and studying, I was able to become a Certified Scrum master and Product owner

Nike Scrum lead/Scrum Master
As a scrum master at Nike, i was leading two teams of 48 Developers with 3 Product owners. One team was on shore in America. The other team was offshore in india. My teams handed all the defetcs and incidents. We were fixing all defects and incidents that were on the IT side. We also handled upgrading security and websites for other departments.

Charge it to the market was a small company helping start up businesses and small businesses. My team met with stake holders and helped them design websites for their businesses and also helped create logos and merch. We maintained the website for the businesses
Product owner Experience
Acted as a liaison between development team and stake holders. This included communicating the vision of the product , gathering feedback and ensuring the team understood the requirements and priorities Defined and prioritized the product backlog. This involved ensuring that the most valuable features are developed first , aligning with customer needs and business goals.
